WHAT IS A GREYHOUND SYNDICATE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
A Greyhound syndicate is an association of three or more people who share the costs and commonly own a Greyhound for the sole purpose of competing it in races. Buying, racing and training Greyhounds for racing can be costly so if you are interested in becoming more than just a punter in the Greyhound racing industry, the best way is to begin with a syndicate.

When you are part of a syndicate and your Greyhound wins a race, you receive your share of the prize money!

WHAT DOES THE TRAP6.COM SYNDICATE OFFER?
Our syndicate dogs are of highest quality, bred especially for racing and trained and managed by UK Top trainers with years of experience.

We guarantee that you will have a lot of fun by joining our racing syndicate and make new friends when the syndicate members meet at the kennels and racetrack. You will be kept fully informed about your own Greyhound and we'll bring you news and information on other dogs within the kennel, along with regular information from our trainer.

The monthly greyhound syndicate membership fee, only £30 per month, covers the following:

OWNER'S PASSES
Each racing syndicate member/part owner receives free entry when their dog is running, regardless of the number of people in attendance. The Syndicate Manager will be in attendance for every run and the passes allocation for members will have been arranged in advance of the meeting, so all you have to do is turn up and enjoy.

COMMUNICATION TO CLIENTS
All Greyhound syndicate members receive direct information from the Syndicate Manager himself. He will stay in contact with you by telephone or email, whichever is more convenient to you. If you wish to contact the Syndicate Manager you can do so by ordinary telephone between 12pm to 9pm seven days a week.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I OR OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SYNDICATE
DECIDE TO LEAVE?
Some syndicates are lengthy and legally binding partnerships, where you are jointly and severally liable for all monies owed to the trainer, vet and racing authorities. This is not the case with the Trap6.com syndicate. Our arrangements free you of this burden, as you are entering into a private agreement with Trap6.com’s Racing Syndicate Manager, who is solely responsible for all monies owed to the trainer and/or racing authorities. The agreement allows you to "walk away" without any financial liabilities whatsoever at any time.

YOUR ONLY COMMITMENT IS THAT OF THE MONTHLY FEE.

If the Greyhound becomes seriously injured or unable to race, it is our sole responsibility to find the dog a good home.

PRIZE MONEY
Trap6.Com syndicate accounts will be done year ending 31ST December each year. All details of all running costs/expenses and prize money won included.
Any profit thereafter will be divided per shareholders/members as at 1st January of the next year. This is calculated on months of membership as at year ending 31st December, i.e. 3 months membership (3 shares) etc.
Only Shareholders/Members on the 1st day of the year will qualify.
Any losses for any year will be Trap6.com sole responsibility.
